Guzevat M. The civil and legal forms of organization and activities of farm.

This dissertation explores the most important theoretical and practical problems concerned to the activities of the farm as a special legal form of the business entity. Examined are the legal nature of the legal entity, the order of creation and dissolution of the farm, its subject structure, the legal regime of property, domestic relations that arise between the founders and members of the farm, as well as external ownership relations that arise between farms and other members of civil relations. Determined are the concrete historical features that are specific to the farm. It's proved that it is inherent a special subject composition in the farming industry a personal collaboration of the members of the farm in its activities, a special order of creation, formation of the authorized capital of the farm, domestic ownership relations between the founders and members of the farm. Developed are scientific advices on the practical application of Ukrainian legislation, which regulates the activities of farm.
