Dissertation is devoted the study of phenotypical, visceral and biochemical markers of undifferentiated dysplasia of connective tissue in patients with idiopathic mitral valve prolapse and to the search of possible principles of correction of this pathology. The middle amount of phenotypical and visceral markers of undifferentiated dysplasia of connective tissue is certain for patients with idiopathic mitral valve prolapse and meaningful indexes are selected most prognostic, high-quality composition of exposed stigm is analyzed.Exposed among patients with idiopathic mitral valve prolapse group with desadaptation correlation of adrenal cortex hormones in blood serum (high level of aldosterone, low concentration of cortisol), which the risk of origin of the frequency of detection the arrhythmias is higher, than for patients with normal correlation of adrenal cortex hormones. The substantial role of decline of amino acid of glycine is exposed in development of men with mitral valve prolapse. Efficiency is well-proven of the use of complex therapy preparations of magnesium and glycine for patients with mitral valve prolapse and normal level of aldosterone of blood serum by comparison to treatment exceptionally by preparations of magnesium.Efficiency of the use of complex therapy preparations of magnesium is well-proven, glycine and spironolactone for patients with idiopathic mitral valve prolapse and enhanceable level of aldosterone of blood serum.
