Kvach S. International Treaty as a source of municipal law: problems of theory and practice

The research is a study of characteristics and features of a modern system of sources for Municipal Law and International Treaty of Ukraine as a special type of sources for Municipal Law of Ukraine. We monitored the existing international agreements of Ukraine and investigated and found out the position of those which serve as sources of Municipal Law of Ukraine. In the process of research it was determined that the vast majority of international instruments extends the range of human communities. Such rules existing as a part of the system form rather fertile ground for the development and increasing the share of local government in the State management.
