Dissertation is devoted to research of the problems of theory and practice of constitutional right of a human and citizen on entrepreneurial activity. The place of constitutional right is specified on entrepreneurial activity in the general system of rights and freedoms of a human and a citizen. The existent decisions of concept of constitutional human and citizen right are complemented on entrepreneurial activity by the author unfolded decision. Maintenance of constitutional human and citizen right is exposed on entrepreneurial activity. Contemporary state of the normative regulation of right has been researched on entrepreneurial activity with an addressing to our country past.
