In the dissertation is grounded the expediency of implementation methodic system personal oriented study of discrete mathematics in higher educational establishments using informational technologies. The elements of methodic system (content, instruments, methods and forms) of personal oriented study of discrete mathematics by means of different software environment are developed and implemented in the educational preparing process of technician-programmers, their efficiency is theoretically and experimentally proved.
