The dissertation represents the first integrative study, where the system analysis of popular culture as an important and widespread form of modern culture is carried out, and the philosophizing analysis as an essential feature of popular culture is put in the scientific academic use. Philosophizing along with staginess, entertainment and media is considered as the feature of popular culture that characterizes not only the process of culture consumption as a creative one, where new important for the daily life of a person meanings are formed, but gives a certain reflexivity by the concept while making a work of art and also a serious philosophical layer at the interpretation level of these works by the academic philosophers. Philosophizing is analyzed as a projection of modern attitudes and values which are connected with a new scientific paradigm and belief system as a new interaction of philosophy and culture. The novelty of the study lies in thesis substantiation about the philosophization of popular culture and its cultural and creative potential. Here the trends of popular culture connected with such topical issues of modern men as an attention deficit and a cultural navigation problem which promote the development of person's creativity and active understanding of his/her existence are also elucidated.
