Psychological and pedagogical aspects of teaching mathematics have been analyzed; the level and modern state of teaching methods under conditions of informatizing professional training and implementation of new information technologies in to teaching and leaning process have been researched. Methodological computerized system of teaching mathematics in higher education institutions has been developed according to the requirements for personality oriented educational process with wide implementation of information technologies in process of teaching. Effectiveness of this system has been experimentally approved.
