Dissertation is devoted to the urgent problem of formation of cross-cultural competence of students in learning geography in elementary school.The thesis is devoted theoretical justification and experimental verification methodology for technique using a model of formation of the competence of local history studying geography in elementary school.The method of detecting the levels of formation of cross-cultural competence among primary school students schools, defines the essence, the content of educational technology in the formation of cross-cultural competence of primary school students, developed it and confirmed the possibility of increasing the level of cross-cultural education in the formation of a regional geographical jurisdiction them.Experimentally verified model of cross-cultural competence in primary school students according to the level of acquired cross-cultural education.
