Payments of instrumental errors of facilities of account are certain to the total standard uncertainty depending on the chart of account. The cross-coupling of metrology descriptions of measuring elements of single-phase two-element meter is experimentally set and them common influence on metrology descriptions. Ways over are brought for perfection of working standards that take into account the features of construction of modern single-phase meters. The method of speed-up verification of threshold of sensitiveness and work is reasonable no-load electronic meters and setting is worked out for the indicated tests.
