Pecherska A. Method and information technology of differential diagnostics of widespread dermatological diseases

The dissertation is devoted to decision actual scientific and technical task - upgrading differential diagnostics of widespread dermatological diseases. The multipleparameter mathematical model of differential diagnostics of widespread dermatological diseases, which allows to take into account weight and expressiveness of each of symptoms, characteristic is offered to this or that dermatosis, and to receive exact quantitative estimations of skin's pathological changes, is developed. Тhe method optimization of diagnostic coefficients is offered with the purpose of minimization the error at differential diagnostics of widespread dermatosis is considered. The method of differential diagnostics of widespread dermatological diseases, which allows to differentiate the diseases of a skin, having identical clinical attributes and atypical displays is developed. The informational technology of differential diagnosis for widely-spread dermatosis is created. The dermatologist's automatized workplace was created on the base of this informational technology. This innovation makes it possible to keep patients electronic information, rationalize the doctor's work, promote quality of raising of differential diagnosis.
