The Thesis covers a complex of theoretical and practical issues related to analysis of robbery as a separate institute criminal law. In this Thesis reviews the concept determination of a robbery and legal grounds for prohibition of robbery, history of the establishment of responsibility for robbery. Was compared robbery as a crime with other similar crime in other countries. Аnalyzed the signs of robbery and aggravating circumstances, found some the non-correspondence and contradictions in the formulation of the articles of the law.
