Malyshev V. Amnesty as an element of a state's lawful policy in the area of opposition to criminality

It was researched an ontological basis of a state's lawful policy in the area of granting amnesty. It was researched granting amnesty in accordance with the criminal legislation of foreign states. It was described within the criminal-law doctrine a condition of scientific working out of granting amnesty as an element of a state's lawful policy of Ukraine in the area of opposition to criminality, also it was described a methodological basis for researching amnesty as an element of a state's lawful policy in the area of the opposition to criminality. The term and indications of amnesty were presented. Grounds, conditions and results of granting amnesty were analyzed.
