Kravchenko M. Implementation of a law in Ukraine: general regularities and peculiarities.

The thesis is a comprehensive scientific analysis of the general regularities and peculiarities of the law implementation in Ukraine. The author defines the concept of general regularities of the law implementation, their types and their specific characteristics in Ukraine. The author researches the concept, the main features and requirements for a high quality law; the types of legal laws, the concept and essence of the law implementation process; forms of the law implementation in Ukraine; the question of effectiveness of the law implementation, the concept and essence of general regularities of the law implementation and their types as well as peculiarities of law implementation in Ukraine. The author proposes his own definition of the concept of "general regularities of the law" as a form of state and legal regularities which are seen an objective, indispensable, essential, sustainable and systematic connection of state and law phenomena and processes as well as with other social phenomena and processes in the time of emergence, functioning, development and termination of the law implementation process. The role of the general regularities of the law implementation among other factors that affect the law implementation process has been determined. The general regularities of the law implementation according to their content, scope of action, period of validity and the character of impact on the law implementation process have been classified. The author considers defines the peculiarities of the law implementation in Ukraine on the basis of such criteria as: branches of laws; specificity of the implementation of certain kinds of laws, the form of administrative and territorial structure of the country, where the laws are implemented, the ways and techniques of their implementing.
