Katsuba A. Rent and Quasi-rent in the Znanneemne Economy

The object of research: The economic relationship of modern economic development as a part of holistic creative live of a person which should provide the high grade of life. The purpose of research: To investigate and develop new theoretical positions and methodological principles, to prove the practical recommendations to intensify the rent business and its influence revenue on the modern conflict-crisis economic development, especially in transformational economy of Ukraine, to define the sources of social-economic problems in modern times in the post-non-classical science of economics. The methods of research: Metamethodology –philosophy of economy, general-to-specific approach, comparative research, interdisciplinary borrowing, the scientific and nonscientific knowledge interaction, structural and statistical analysis. Scientific novelty: The category “capacious knowledge economy” has been invented in scientific economic research and it formulates the definite position of general knowledge as the main asset of economic development of human society at the conditions of realization the imperative survival of humanity and where the spiritual-moral human activity must be the sine qua non of its using; the necessity to investigate the rent business and its results through the utility or damage criteria have been proved; it have been defined that quasi-rent is formed at a growing rate in conditions of globalization and its basis are the source of many untraditional types of rent; the approach of using the rent income have been improved, it has constitutional status as a property of Ukrainian nation in the area of introduction of the national dividend to the system of the redistributive business in the modern economic transformation in Ukraine. Practical importance: The designed programs of the national and local economic development are being practiced.
