Object of research: economic system which is functioning under the conditions of globalization. A research objective: the discovery of the nature financyzation economic life, contradictions of the latter in the context of globalization and the ways of their solution in the process of market transformation of the Ukrainian economy. Research methods: the unity of the logical and historical approaches, the combination of abstract and concrete, quantitative and qualitative approaches, the unity of analysis and synthesis, evolutionary-institutional approach, the method of logical modeling, expert assessment method. Results, novelty: the dual objective-subjective together-split nature of the financyzation of economic life has been disclosed; the view on the ratio of fiscal and monetary sovereignty of the countries - members of the regional economic associations and also the understanding of the mechanism of the impact of the growing differentiation of incomes to increase the risks of functioning of financial markets in the long term and ideas about the causes of the modern financial crises by taking account of the contradictory character of the consequences of the introduction of financial innovations have been improved; a further development of the disclosure of the contradictory character of the credit ratings system and characteristics of the role of the Institute of lobbying in ensuring the balance of economic interests of society in the person of the state and financial market players have been received. Use sphere: research, teaching work, the practical activity of bodies of state regulation of economy.
