The object of research is the process of motivation of employees at agricultural enterprises. The aim the dissertation work is the development of theoretical and methodical principles and practical recommendations on the motivation of employees of agricultural enterprises. The scientific novelty of this research is to provide theoretical and methodological framework for assessing and improving the motivation of employees of agricultural enterprises. The research was conducted using techniques such as: abstract, logical, economic-statistical, graphical, monographic, correlation and regression analysis, sociological , the systemic-functional analysis. Basic provisions brought to the level of specific methodical developments and practical recommendations. Sphere of use - agricultural enterprises, governments, the establishments of high education.
