Essay

The dissertation is devoted to examining the specialized legal norms as a necessary and essential element of the mechanism for legal regulating the back land protection under war conditions. The author generalized some basic methodologic approaches to the mechanism for legal regulating the back land protection. As a part of the instrumental approach the definition of army back land protection is formulated, its characteristics and elements are defined, subunits characteristics in particular. The definition of the general and specific characteristics of the specialized legal norms is improved.
