Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problems of wage formation in Ukraine. The study revealed the features of remuneration in the command system, factors of wage formation in the market transformation of national economy and their impact on regional labor markets. It is analyzed the directions of improving the wages policy in the domestic economy, including prospects of the unified tariff system and indexing of wages in the context of international experience.
