Essay

The thesis is devoted to international legal aspects of indisputable civil rights in notarial activities of consular and diplomatic missions in the context of current trends in the Notary Law Institute, analyzed modern trends in theory and practice of the notarial certificate proceedings with an indisputable rights, the features of notarial activities of indisputable rights of consular and diplomatic missions of the EU and European countries. Comparative analysis of notary national models on an indisputable rights of France, Germany and Italy made it possible to conclude that the French model of scientific advice centers notary inherent to diplomatic missions in third countries and can not be used to other European countries; the German notary model consists of a federal notaries code and land laws notarial activities; in the Italian legal system perform notarial functions abroad traditionally held by the competent consular missions. The practice of identity indisputable rights diplomatic missions in Ukraine indicates the existence of certain conflicts in notarial procedures depend on innovations such proceedings.
