Sarai R. Institution of parliamentary elections in Ukraine, the Czech Republic and Slovakia (comparative legal aspect)

The thesis is dedicated to the comparative legal research of the institution of parliamentary elections in Ukraine, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The nature and content of the category "institution of parliamentary elections", its genesis in the legal doctrine and practice of Ukraine, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, the constitutional basis of implementation of this institution via the prism of parliamentary electoral systems, parliamentary electoral process and the system of its subjects are scrutinized in the project. Natural legal and positivistic theoretical and methodological approaches towards defining the category "elections" in general, and the constitutional basis of the parliamentary elections of constitutional law are systematized.
