Melnyk Y. The Obligations of Participants of Civil Procedure

The dissertation is the first comprehensive study of the legal category of obligations of civil procedure participants as a factor in provision of achieving the goals and performing the tasks of civil procedure. The essence and the concept of obligations of a civil procedure participant have been revealed; the subjects of the civil procedural obligations and specific types of obligations (of those ones who are involved in a case, of other participants of civil procedure as well as of individuals who are not specified as participants of civil procedure) have been defined. The content, the forms, and the stages of implementation of the obligations of civil procedure participants as well as violations of their implementation have been defined. On the basis of the revealed features and the essential classification criteria the list ("catalogue") of obligations of civil procedure participants has been developed; the peculiarities of implementation of the civil procedural obligations in the main proceedings and on the stages of civil process have been defined.
