Shvedova G. Corruption (the political and criminological research).

The thesis provides an integrated political and criminological research of corruption as a social phenomenon. The phenomenology of corruption in Ukraine, the reasons and terms of corruption criminality are considered. The detailed analysis of corruption as a problem of political criminology is conducted. The features of political and criminological description of a man who commits corruption crimes are defined. A circle and criteria for the classification of corruption crime subjects are found out. The peculiarities of criminological characteristics of a man who commits corruption crimes are described. The political factors of corruption crime subjects' characteristic influencing the degree of public danger caused by their crimes and the proper criminal motivation forming are found out. Modern approaches in anticorruption activity of the state are defined. The efficiency of cultural concept principles of counteracting criminality in this process is grounded. The system of political and criminological enactments in counteracting corruption in Ukraine as well as their introduction mechanisms are developed.
