Thesis is devoted to the problem of individual psychological characteristics of the genesis of neurotic disorders in cross-cultural aspect. A theoretical analysis of the major approaches to the problem of study of neurotic register's disorders is represented in this paper. The differences are detected and interpreted, the prevailing types of accentuation in patients with neurotic disorders in different ethnic samples are marked out; data on identified relationships between personality characteristics and their influence on the formation of neurotic disorders in ethnic groups are specified. The extent of the expression of specific binding is analyzed; the structure of leading mental tendencies in patients with neurotic disorders according to average figures is described, the comparative analysis in the Kazakh and Ukrainian samples is conducted. Found that the structure of personality in patients with neurotic disorders in Kazakhstan and in Ukraine is different: in the personality structure of Kazakhstani patients prevail hypochondriacal traits and depression, they have expressed a tendency to lock in on their inner feelings and deepening into their inner world; in personality structure of Ukrainian patients is dominated the prone to hyperthymia, they have expressed so-called hysteroid radical, activity of the individual position and the high level of claims, selfishness with altruistic orientation; found that representatives of the Ukrainian sample are more extroverted, and representatives of the Kazakh sample more introverted. Psychotherapeutic program with the subject to cross-cultural factors is developed, the effectiveness of accounting of "ethno specific" features of the patients in therapy is shown, the need and the possibility of building different systems of corrective actions depending on the ethno cultural specifics patients is demonstrated.
