Essay

The dissertation has been done with the purpose of improvement of the survival rate and renal allograft patients with terminal chronical renal failure by urological etiology at the expense of optimization of methods of preparation of patients to the donor kidney allotransplantation. The method of forecasting post-transplant purulent-septic complications of urinary system, based on the definition of the level of polyamines in the blood in the background of the provocative immunosuppression therapy was elaborated.
