Essay

The thesis is devoted to improving the treatment of patients with end-stage renal disease by reducing of bronchopulmonary system damage. On the basis of a retrospective analysis of bronchopulmonary system damage for potential recipients and recipients of kidney transplant and prospective study conditioning function of the respiratory system, physical parameters of couples breath (surface tension, viscoelastic, relaxation), respiratory function, acid-base balance of blood during bicarbonate hemodialysis identified risk factors for the development of respiratory system diseases, the algorithm of early diagnosis and pathogenesis reasonable preventive measures elaborated aimed on normalization of the functional state of the respiratory system.
