Tashkinova O. Efficiency of social services in initial employment delivery for the young professionals.

Object: the system of social services for the employment of young specialists. Objective: To develop the concept of social efficiency of social services in employment and to determine the ways to improve it for the initial employment of young specialists. Methods: theoretical generalization, deduction, formalized and expert interviews, statistical, correlation and factor types of analysis. Theoretical and practical results: some theoretical and methodological approaches to the sociological analysis of the problem of social efficiency of social services in employment were refined, the method for measuring the effectiveness of social employment centers for providing social services was developed and tested, the integral index of social efficiency (IISE) provision of the initial employment was defined that in turn allowed us to estimate the level of effectiveness of these activities. Novelty: the development of the sociological concept of social efficiency of the delivery of social services in employment and the determination of ways to improve it for the initial employment of young specialists. The degree of implementation: The author's method of measuring the level of social efficiency of the employment centre of the city Mariupol on the provision of services in the initial employment for young professionals. The results of the thesis have been used in the development of the city complex program "Family. Children. Youth "in 2012-2015, and in the practical work of the Department of Family and Youth of Mariupol City Council.
