In it theoretically worked out and experimentally proved the developed method, the essence of which is contained in the following positions: the formation of stylistic abilities should be based on supporting stylistic concepts (style, stylistic coloration of linguistic units, stylistic error, etc.) grammar, stylistic and communicative-speaking skills are formed parallel and in conjunction, going beyond the grammar and semantic components meaning of linguistic unit (phrase) into the level of cultural meanings leads to the effective implementation of socio-cultural line of content.
