Zakharenko I. Management of assisted reproductive technology at male infertility

The thesis is devoted to rise in efficiency of treatment of the male factor of infertility of the basis of improvement of diagnostic, treatment and prophylactic measures with application of assisted reproductive technology. The analysis of clinical-anamnestic data was carried out and risk factors of sperm pathology were revealed at male infertility at carrying out assisted reproductive technology. The comparative analysis of efficiency of various methods of assisted fertilization depending on the number, mobility and morphology of sperm is presented. Recommendations about the expediency of the usage of various methods of assisted reproductive technology depending on sperm quality are developed, criteria of transition from one methods of assisted fertilization to other ones are established. There was conducted the theoretical substantiation and introduction of the concept of an individual approach to use of various methods of assisted reproductive technology with the male factor of infertility
