Scientific work is dedicated to increasing the safety and efficiency of extracorporal fertilization in patients with benign breast pathology by using improved algorithms for extracorporal fertilization preparation and for superovulation induction. The role of various forms of benign breast pathology in development of female infertility is shown. The structure and frequency of infertility factors in a married couple including a mastopathy form are presented. Features of female reproductive health and nature of hormonal disorders in infertility with benign breast pathology are shown. The correlation between a functional ovary condition, nature of changes in mammary glands and versions of superovulation stimulation protocols is established. It has allowed to expand the available data of pathogenesis of infertility in a married couple, and also scientifically justify the need for improvement of extracorporal fertilization procedure in patients with benign breast pathology. Methods for monitoring the effectiveness of carrying out extracorporal fertilization in patients with various forms of benign breast pathology are offered.
