Maidanyk L. Collective management of copyright and related rights under civil legislation of Ukraine.

The thesis is dedicated to studying the collective management of copyright and related rights under civil legislation of Ukraine. It is presented the feasibility of understanding of collective management of copyright and related rights for criteria: (a) the legal form of collective management organizations, and (b) the nature of the rights managed on a collective basis, and (c) a circle of persons in relation to which the collective management, (d) by the choice between individual and collective management. Substantiates the notion of a collective management organization as a legal entity established by subjects of copyright and (or) related rights in the legal form of business entity or association, and which is certified under the Law.
