Danylevska K. Peculiarities of treatment and prevention of heart rhythm disorders in early terms after coronary artery bypass grafting

The scientific work deals with the development of effective techniques of forecasting, methods of prevention and intensive therapy of arrhythmias occurred in the early postoperative period after coronary artery bypass grafting. Pre-, intra- and postoperative risk factors of each kind of arrhythmia and their importance for the general forecasting of this complication are specified. Mathematical models for forecasting supraventricular and ventricular arrhythmias in pre- and postoperative periods after coronary artery bypass grafting are developed. To begin arrhythmia prevention in the preoperative period at patients of high risk has been proved the most effective. The scheme of prevention of supraventricular and ventricular arrhythmias at coronary artery bypass grafting is developed. The algorithms of intensive therapy of supraventricular and ventricular arrhythmias in the early postoperative period after coronary artery bypass grafting are introduced and implemented.
