The relevance of research is devoted to the study of theoretical and methodological, methodical and practical aspects of the employment potential of building organizations and support key recommendations in improving the efficiency of its use. The paper presents the structural and logical scheme labor potential of building organization. The basic directions of improving the management of labor potential construction company are offered, which include software construction organization of human resources, the effective usage time for construction companies, the increase of productivity, reforming the system of labor payment. The resolution of performance the management of labor potential construction company permit conclusions about the lack of enabling favorable trends of its formation and reproduction: the increasing of pre-retirement workers, low qualified builders, the high level of builders changing. The factor analysis of usage working time showed that the result activity of the construction companies would have been much better, if productivity by reducing unproductive losses of working time, labor discipline disorder, labor turnover, rational structure of staff.
