Lazko O. Proof methods in civil proceedings

The dissertation is dedicated to the complex investigation of the problems of legal regulation of proof methods in civil proceedings of Ukraine, which actually influences the all-round, correct and timely consideration and decision of a case. The study investigates the most complicated and problematic points connected with the indistinct clarifying and theoretical grounding of proof methods, their classification, and methodical peculiarities of their realization. The author considers and analizes the problems of making use of some separate kinds of proof methods and formulates the ways of their solution. In connection with that the work analizes the foreign experience, international agreements, current legislature regulations of Ukraine, judicial practice materials, and scientific view points. The work presents some propositions aimed at qualifying of the national legislature.
