Gumenyuk V. Legal Nature and Types of Exemption from Criminal Responsibility in the Science and in the Legislation

The dissertation is dedicated to the research of the legal nature and types of exemption from criminal responsibility in the science and in the legislation. The theoretical issues in relation to the definition, types of exemption from criminal responsibility and correlation of the institute of exemption from criminal responsibility with the neighboring institutes of criminal law - the institute of criminal responsibility and the institute of exemption from punishment and its serving - have been analyzed. New developments of the Chapter 9 of the General Part of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and other norms of the Code have been explored.
