Formanyuk V. Notion and Types of Local Legal Normative Acts

The thesis is devoted to consideration of characteristics of local legal normative acts in the legal system of Ukraine. A broad approach to understanding local legal act is highlighted by which it understood as a special legal act, which is localized on the territorial and / or subjective principle, provides and regulates relations arising in the process of local government, management of the organization and implementation of departmental functions. Reveals substantive, procedural and subjective fullness of local rulemaking, demonstrated its principles and functions. It is shown that the local legal act is the source of Ukrainian law. Demonstrated specific of implementation and application local legal acts depending on their type.
