Essay

The thesis is devoted to theoretical analysis of dogma of law existence in scientific and practical levels. It is proposed to understand the dogma of law as its structural component, which exists within valuable and status characteristics of law. Dogma of law is the sphere of science of law (dogmatic jurisprudence), legal practice and legal education, which contains the system of positive law, as well as the system of legal categories. The place of dogma of law in legal life is grounded. It exists at individual, interindividual and above individual levels. Dogma of law in legal life is characterised by normativity, situativity, relativity.
