Essay

Object of the study is processes of the shaping institutional mechanism of management development human capital enterprise. Objective of study is development of the theoretical positions, motivation and development scientifically-methodical and practical recommendation on improvement institutional mechanism of management development human capital enterprise. Methods of research are analysis and syntheses, scientific generalization, inductions and deductions, in abstract-logical, system approach, graphic, statistical, sociological questioning, simulation modeling. Theoretical and practical results: the development theoretical basis management development human capital enterprise with use the positions institutional to economic theory; practical recommendations on shaping the mechanism management development of the human capital enterprise in condition of the transformations institutional ambiences. Novelty is development scientifically-methodical and practical recommendation on improvement institutional mechanism of management development human capital enterprise for increasing level to its capitalization. Degree of the introduction by Donetsk regional state administration, Donetsk regional center on investment and development, PJSC "Kirovogradoliia", СLL "Bread Investbud", "Interprom" and "Linarus and partners", OJSC "Donetskmiskgaz". Sphere of use is enterprises and local management body.
