Essay

In the thesis we have solved the problem of scientific and theoretical foundation of basic principles and directions of state influence on the development of poliethnicity and multiculturalism in Ukraine in the period from the beginning of the national liberation struggle in 1917-1920 to the present day. It is shown conceptual device of the problem of "poliethnicity - public admimastration", also we have proposed the historiography, the source base and the methodological features of analysis of the poliethnicity and the multiculturalism in the state-management terms.
