Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the formation of future philology specialists' strategic competence by means of speech simulations. Within the research framework the following was accomplished: logical structure development of foreign language strategic competence of students acquiring philology-related majors. Due to the outcomes of conducted theoretical study a new methodology of forming foreign language communicative strategies of students acquiring Philology-related majors using speech simulations was elaborated and included choosing educational material, linguistic-didactic model of education, a system of exercises and tasks. The effectiveness of methodology of forming foreign language communicative strategies of students acquiring Philology-related majors was verified and confirmed in the experimental teaching.
