Pimenova O. Institutional maintenance of forms of economy in the system of agrarian relationship.

The thesis is devoted to research of the modern forms of economy in the system of agrarian relationship where an important role plays an institutional maintenance of functioning of socio- ecologo-economic forms of economy. Methodological approaches of essence and analysis of forms of economy in the system of agrarian relationship within different scientific theories were analyzed, which gave a possibility to prove an author's approach to the definition of the system of economy of agrarian relationships as an activity that provides the implementation of a complex of interrelated functions: economic, social and ecologic in production of agricultural products, where the owner takes personal labor directly, involved in the production process combining management, administrative and executive functions.Such an interpretation goes out of the position of sustainable development, which gives a possibility to provide the production of organic and ecologically pure agricultural products. The current trends of institutionalization forms of economy in a system of agrarian relations are examined. On the basis of the institutionalization of forms of economy in a system of agrarian relations in developed countries and post-socialist countries are defined institutional foundations for socio-ecologo-economic forms of economy in agricultural sector of Ukraine under globalization. According to the study is done the characteristic of non-production associations in agriculture, which cooperate with government on the Rights of a social partnership with collective forms of economy principles and provide a combination of farming and advantages of a large agricultural enterprise. Identified the necessity of creation of an effective system of institutions for the purpose of the operation of rational, profitability-effective forms of economy in the agricultural sector of Ukraine which would provide balance in economic, social and environmental spheres. It's proved that the effective economy promotes socio-economic development of rural areas and small business, competitiveness of domestic agricultural production, increases production and economic restructuring. An international experience (for example, developed countries and countries that are developing) of reference and organization of service and production agricultural cooperation are analyzed. According to the results of study is proved that agricultural cooperation is the most effective and efficient form of economy in agricultural sector, as the balanced connects the three components: economic, social and ecologic.
