Object of research: process management activity of the industrial enterprise; purpose of the work: development of the theoretical principles, rationale and development of the methodical providing and scientific-practical recommendations on the selection and implementation of technologies of business management; research methodology and apparatus: methods of theoretical generalization, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, the logical framework analysis and formalization of the correlation analysis of expert assessments, interviews, and questionnaires, taxonomic analysis, fuzzy logic, analysis of hierarchies, graphics, theoretical and practical results: methodological approach to evaluation of technological and managerial maturity of the enterprise, the difference of which is the account parameters such as market share, owned by company, the purpose of its activities, the financial and economic situation, the number and qualification of personnel and formation of qualitative-quantitative scales differentiation of levels for each parameter; methodological guidelines on the choice of technology governance, in contrast to the current account of the complex criteria of comparison of technologies of management and level of technological and managerial maturity of the enterprise; the composition factors of a choice of management technologies based on allocation of groups of factors related to the company and of the group of factors associated with characteristics of technology management; definition of the concept of «technology management», which, unlike existing account relationship is clearly structured management procedures and operations with the methods, techniques and technical means of their realization, as well as their commitment; classification of technology management, a feature of which is the registration of such classification criteria, as a leading competence of personnel involved, object orientation and specialization software; theoretic-methodological approach to the analysis of factors influencing on the choice of technology management, differing from existing establishing the relationship between the purpose of functioning of the company and the level of technological and managerial maturity, as well as specification of the composition of the indexes of industrial, financial, investment activity; the level of implementation: the developments have been implemented in the practical activity of РJSC «Hydrosila», РJSC «Scientific and production company «Radiy», РJSC «RESONANCE», KNTU when teaching the discipline «Creative and system approach», «Creative methods personnel management», «personnel Management»; the sphere of use: the management of the activity of machine-building enterprises, the educational process.
