Essay

Subject - the land of energy; aim - the study of the current state of land power grids, science-based definition of restricted land use along transmission lines, set the parameters of accuracy of the cadastral removal of these areas, as well as the possible legal and intended use; methods - analysis and synthesis, logic, empirical approach, compilation, systematization and classification; theoretical and practical outcomes - the application of the results obtained in the development of land management projects, implementation of land registration, cadastral zoning, land inventory and accounting of energy. The studies are used in the educational process in the preparation of specialists in "Land management and cadastre"; novelty - reasonable security measures and buffer zones of restrictions and burdens of land use along the power lines 110, 150, 220, 330, 400, 500 and 750 kV based on the European experience of land use energy; established that protection zones on the ground must have a convex shape, given the slack in the wires, which, depending on the climatic conditions and the design features of the transmission lines can be up to 4 m or more, set the parameters of accuracy the spatial position of the zone boundaries restrictions transmission lines; proposed the use of a laser-radar method for cadastral survey of land lines, proposed classifier land of Energy as part of the state land cadastre, cadastral zoning developed land lines, depending on the effects of electric and magnetic fields, and develop practical proposals recommendations as to proper use of limited land, which are implemented in the design of West Ukrainian regional agricultural center in the city of Lviv; branch - land register and land monitoring.
