The thesis deals with the problem of theoretical and technical solutions concerning environmental safety, improve environmental conditions and reduce the incidence of residents living within the landfill influence zone. Localization of soil contamination, soil and groundwater with heavy metals from landfill developed and proposed in work. Complex of the real and theoretical studies was provided for solving this problem. The dependences of the contamination distribution in soil and groundwater and the mathematical model of the contamination spread from the landfill on which the proposed network engineering waterworks for interception and diversion water pollution.
