Loktionova V. Social Dangerous Results Within Crimes Against Environment

It is the first time when the concept of results of committing the crimes against environment is established and it is given their complex characteristic. It is proposed to consider "the creating the possibility of arising the damage" not as actual criminal result in the complete meaning of this word, that is not actual damage for the object of attempt. It is proved that within crimes against environment the damage should be caused the main object of attempt - the environment and its components. It is grounded that when the other object is committing the damage to the another objects the attempt should be qualified in the totality with other crimes.
