The dissertation is devoted to the development of specialized software applications for automatic processing of metadata and enriching content for expanding Semantic Web services. In particular; a model of knowledge management was developed through organizational agent model OperA; Max-Min K2 Bayesian learning structure algorithm was developed; specialized recommendation system was created using Framework Windows Communication Foundation; search program of centers of interest in the Internet with the processing of analytical data in a CDF format was implemented; a dynamic system of content distribution was developed using a protocol BitTorrent; an agent environment for grid computing and trespasser detection system based on mobile agents were constructed.
