Mykhailyk O. Militia of Chernigov Region (1919 -1940): the Historical and Legal Research.

The dissertation is actually the first complex scientific research from the history of Chernigov Region militia in the period from 1919 since 1940 in domestic theory and history of state and law and also in domestic history of political and legal studies. It is discovered scientific development of the theme; the main characteristics of legal and structural parts of Chernigov region militia are reviewed. It is illuminated the role of stuff policy in activity of Chernigov Region militia. The legal and social protection of militiamen is analyzed. The main ways of operating of Chernigov Region militia in protection of rule of law and struggle with criminality are considered. The forms and methods of relations between militia and State border guard service of Ukraine, some structures of health protection and health control, and public sphere are studied.
