Object: process of the synchronized reproduction of regional nature using as the part of public reproduction systems. Purpose: improvement of the methodical approach to forming of environment of synchronization of nature using reproduction in a region based on of effective investment-financial mechanisms creation. Research methods: logical generalization, scientific abstraction, system-structural, correlation, multidimensional statistical analysis. Theoretical and practical results: methodical and practical suggestions related to a management of ecological investments, determinations of desirable rate of profitableness for the evaluation of investments, including projects for decreasing of CO2 emissions, forming of the ecological and economic rating, research of factors of synchronization of reproduction processes in a region. Novelty: the scientific and methodical approach to the evaluation of investment process orientation in a region on the decision of tasks of steady development based on an index of synchronization and lag of regional policy of ecological investment; the methodical approach to a management of nature using in the region is improved, which provides forming of investment-financial mechanisms of reproduction of nature using in the region based on the estimation of factors of synchronization of reproduction in a region; the concept base of economy of nature using with the concept "Reproduction of regional nature using" is developed; principles of the regional ecological investment policy, which except for existent principles -include principle of synchronization, the principles of construction of ecological and economic rating, on the basis of estimation of factors of synchronization of reproduction process, are developed.
