Essay

The dissertation is devoted to development of scientific bases and elaborations of new production technology elements of large size tubes for immerse electric motors and pumps. Research of the fixed plug drawing process for precision large size tubes received further development in the given work. The method of dragging on the shaking mounting is developed and theoretically explored. The offered method provides substantial decline in level of transversal variations in wall thickness of ready tubes to 4,5…5%. The method of tubes deformation simulta-neously in two points of deformation by two processes combining in one - fixed plug drawing and tubes distributions according to internal diameter - is improved. The way of deformation of hollow products by drawing by overlapping in one process of two processes of deformation is advanced: the fixed plug drawing and bur-nishing pipes on internal diameter. In work theoretically the developed way of drawing also is practically investigated. Questions about limits admissible deformation from 0,25 up to 1,2 mm are studied. The optimum geometrical sizes fixed plug are resulted, the size of a corner flare (10…12) is certain. Dependences of power parameters of process of drawing- burnishing on the geometrical sizes of the center of deformation, traction effort on sizes of tightness and a corner of an in taking cone are experimentally defined. New technological production chart of large size tubes for immerse electric mo-tors and pumps is updated.
