Essay

The thesis presented research to improve the design process of existing and new types of machines for the production of building materials, to reduce the complexity of design work and improving their quality through the use of information technology. One solution to this problem is to use a systematic approach to analyze the process of designing and creating a system model method for calculating the parameters of the project, based on the current requirements for the quality and volume of incoming and outgoing information. Creating a new system of techniques allowed organize materials from previous studies: methods, mathematical models, and reference lists of the experimental data set of specifications. Results of key parameters of systemic methods are more accurate than existing methods for a particular type of machine. The main result of a systematic presentation techniques became possible to calculate the size of the set of machines with an accuracy acceptable for previous engineering calculations. To assess the correctness of the developed mathematical models and assumptions in system procedures were carried out experimental studies of the energy parameters. To automate the design calculations, based on the system of techniques created the concept of the computer model and algorithm of the computer program. The application of information technologies designed interface computer program "System design calculations machines for building materials".
