The dissertation contains data on the prevalence, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of neuro-vegetative disorders in offspring of Chernobyl liquidators. The peculiarities of the clinical course of neuro-vegetative changes in this category of the population, their polymorphism and susceptibility to progression of the combination with comorbid disorders, multiple malformations and hereditary diseases. For the first time, a comparative analysis of violations in oxidative phosphorylation, free radical oxidation of lipids, cyclic nucleotide metabolism, cerebral hemodynamic with clinical symptoms of the disease. Revealed the presence of morphological and structural changes in the liquor system and brain in the offspring of Chernobyl liquidators in some neurological disorders - cognitive dysfunction, paroxysmal states, and chronic cephalgia. Substantiated risk factors prior to chronicity neuro - vegetative disorders in children born in the families of the Chernobyl liquidators. It is proved that in order to improve the treatment and prevention of chronic neuro - vegetative changes, it is advisable to connect the combined therapy products with antioxidant and vegetative stabilizing action.
